• Name, email, phone and delivery address: to process, deliver and support your order. We need these to fulfil your order. • Order and payment records: for VAT invoices, refunds and accounting. We need these for your order and to meet our legal duties. • Card details: handled only by our payment provider. We never see or store them. • Messages you send us: to answer your questions and complaints. • Email for our newsletter: to send news of new editions and artists, only with your consent (opt-in). • Device and browsing data (cookies): essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics and marketing cookies run only with your consent.

Only with service providers who help us run the shop, and only what they need: • Our delivery partner, to deliver your order • Our payment provider, to process payment • Our e-commerce platform provider, to host the shop • Our email service provider, for order emails and the newsletter • Analytics providers, if you accept analytics cookies

Some providers may store data outside the UAE. When they do, we make sure your data is protected as required by UAE law. We may also share data when the law requires it.

We send marketing emails only if you opt in. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw consent at any time.
