Shipping & Returns

We pack every order by hand and ship it from the UAE.

UAE: 2–3 working days. Delivery costs AED 25. International: 5–7 working days. Delivery cost is calculated at checkout.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates. Customs checks, weather and holidays can cause delays.

Tracking: once your order ships, our delivery partner sends you a tracking link by email or SMS.

Your details: please check your address and phone number at checkout. We can't be responsible for delays caused by incorrect details. If a parcel comes back to us for this reason, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery at the cost of the new shipping fee.

Orders shipped outside the UAE may be charged customs duties, taxes or import fees by the destination country. These are paid by the customer and are not included in our prices.

If these fees are refused, the parcel returns to us. We then refund the item price minus the original and return shipping costs.

You have 7 days from delivery to return an item. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong.

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. 2. We reply within 2 working days with return instructions. 3. Pack the item unused, unwashed, with its original tags and packaging. 4. Send it back within 7 days of our reply. Keep your proof of postage until your refund arrives. 5. We inspect it and refund you as set out in our Refund Policy.

Tell us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. Include your order number, photos of the item and the packaging, and a short description.

We will send a replacement or a full refund, and cover all shipping costs.

Want a different piece or colour? Return the original for a refund and place a new order. That way your new item isn't held up if an edition sells out.
