Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every order placed on the MN Collective website. MN Collective is an initiative of Rouya Communications for Public Relations Management Co., trade licence no. 954326, Al Quoz, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Refund Policy, our Shipping & Returns page and our Privacy Policy.

• Each piece is inspired by a wild UAE plant and the artist who drew it. Some of our prints, scarves and tote bags are limited editions. • Small differences in colour or pattern placement between pieces are normal and are not a defect. • Colours on screen can differ slightly from the real piece, depending on your device. • Limited editions are marked on the product page. Once a limited edition sells out, it will not be produced again.

• Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT unless stated otherwise. • Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details. • If a price is shown incorrectly by mistake, we will contact you before dispatch. You can then confirm the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

• After you order, we email a confirmation with your order number and a VAT invoice. • Your order is accepted when we dispatch it. If an item is unavailable, we will tell you and refund it in full. • Pre-order editions (if offered) are clearly marked on the product page with an expected dispatch date.

You can change or cancel your order free of charge until it is dispatched. Email us at [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible.

Once an order is dispatched, it can be returned under our Shipping & Returns page.

Delivery times, customs fees, returns and refunds are explained on our Shipping & Returns page and our Refund Policy. Those pages form part of these terms.

• All artwork, designs, photos and text on this website and on our products belong to MN Collective or to the artists we work with. • Buying a piece gives you ownership of that physical item. It does not give you the right to copy, reproduce or sell the artwork or designs. • Please credit MN Collective and the artist if you share images of your piece online. We love to see them.

Please don't misuse the website. This includes trying to access it without permission, copying its content for commercial use, or placing fraudulent orders. We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent and refund any payment.

• We are responsible for delivering items that match their description and are free from defects. • We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as courier disruption, customs checks, severe weather or public holidays. We will keep you informed.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UAE consumer protection law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on the website when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Dubai. These terms are available in Arabic and English. If the two differ, the Arabic version prevails.
