The Story
From the Desert Cotton collection, mn's first study of UAE flora.
This work began with the plant itself. Desert cotton (الآرا) was pressed onto ink and paper to leave its own impression, then layered over in washes of watercolour paint. Printed from the original mixed-media art  work.
